I started Chicky’s in 2022 in Midcoast, Maine as a small-batch sourdough pizza pop-up. For two years I dished out one-of-a-kind sourdough pizzas and sweet treats up and down the coast of Maine.
After making Broome County, New York my new home in 2024, I began sharing Chicky’s at farmers markets throughout the area. Now, for the love of all things indulgent, I’m devoted to crafting wholesome sourdough breads, sweets, and goods that taste naughty, but digest nice.
